Best Price Guarantee

If you find a lower rate on Flightsbank or on another U.S, UK or Canada based website for the exact same itinerary within 24 hours of booking with Flightsbank, we will either cancel your current itinerary and provide you a full refund, or refund you the entire difference in price. You will need to provide us the name of the website where the lower fare is available, please be advised that the itinerary must be an exact match of the itinerary you have booked with us and the lower fare should be available for booking online. Our best price guarantee does not apply to fare quotes given over the phone by travel agencies. Once we've verified that the information provided meets the requirements of the best price guarantee, we will process a full refund of the price difference between the lower offer and the price of the itinerary you booked with us, or, at your option, cancel the itinerary you booked with us and refund to you the entire amount paid. The following offers are not subject to this Best Price Guarantee: Military, Student, Government, Tour Operator Fares, Bulk Rate or an airline's "Web Only" fare. How to notify us

You can either call or email our customer service team on care@flightsbank.com along with competitor's offer, name of competitor, and screenshots of flights actually available to be booked from a reputable website within twenty-four (24) hours after your Flightsbank booking to make a claim under the Best Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us.

The best price guarantee is applicable on flights only bookings made online or over the phone with Flightsbank. The lower priced offer should match exactly each element present in itinerary booked with us, - such as same, specific carrier or provider (including same class of service and refund policy), - the exact same dates and times of travel or service and the same airfare class.

Comparison rates must be available to the public online. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the public on an English-language website. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the public.

Verification of the claim

All claims and requests are subject to verification by Flightsbank. We will not accept the evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by our customer service personnel. Once we have successfully verified we will either send you a check for the difference or if you would like cancel the itinerary and process the full refund into the original method of payment. Please be advised it may take 7-14 business days for you to receive the refund.

Changes to the policy

Flightsbank reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
